Oh goodness! Yall did a magnificent job on the remodel! The theatre itself is GORGEOUS! Huge and yet spacey! It’s swanky! It’s crisp! I LOVE IT!!! Great job! All the employees I interacted with was so nice!!

Very nice clean had a problem trying to get tickets online
New look is great, love the layout and design. You need to add a mural or design work where the ticket windows used to be, the black stucco on its own looks like a patch job. Please test all the reclining seats, the one we chose did not work. This location will be our “Go To” spot for movie nights!!
Wow! It was amazing! Bowling alley, arcade, bar... excellent service! They've done a great job on the renovations. The high school boy who greeted us at the door on Friday night Mar 01 was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and engaging with customers. I give him a 10! It was a great experience

Every step is so convenient for the customer, from the purchase of tickets to fixing your own popcorn the way you like it. Their is also plenty of beverage choices. Awesome seating, very cool and comfy for a break from this heat. Plenty of staff. Definitely going back. 100% recommend the Santikos Experience
Not too crowded
The popcorn dispenser is awesome and that it is not crowded like the Casa blanca one. Also clean but a little rundown
This newly remodeled theater (Silverado) is amazing! Love the self serve popcorn. The reclining seats are the best in that they recline while still leaving plenty of room for walking by! It’s never overly crowded. Parking is great. Easy access to/from the highway. Can’t wait to see when it’s done with the rest of the theater.

This was totally NEW to me; was a bit confused at first but okay - will try again although not sure when. It does seem like no human contact is not good but to each their own; as long as I get to watch movie I paid for. It was a good experience!
New seating is very comfortable. Right now the theater is less crowded and easy to get good seats on short notice. Looking forward to seeing the rest of the renovations.

Friendly service. Loved that Silverado has been upgraded to recliner seats. The theater room has fewer seats (less of a crowd) is a plus for me. Happy the cajun fries are still in the menu and the popcorns are bottomless. Location is a perk. You are just down the street.
