I enjoy the friendly atmosphere. Love the reserved seating. In the past I wouldn't dare go see a movie on opening night due to crowds and seating difficulty. The reserved seating option now I go as soon as movie is released. Love it!!

Nice customer service
We go quite freqently on Friday nights and we always stop in the cafe to get something to eat and drink before the movie. We are always greeted warmly by the workers in the cafe that recognize us. So I would say I like the friendlyness of your workers. I can always find a movie that will be starting in my favorite "time slot" (in the 8 PM time frame). I like that Santikos gives senior citizen discounts, and I love the rewards card. I tell people about it all the time. Now I do have to say though , I cant eat all that pop corn and in the past , Santikos gave the rewards out on a piece of paper. My husband and I always looked for a large family (one with a lot of kids) and we gave that Fee Popcord coupon to the family. Kids love lots and lots of pop corn so it was a treat to see their eyes light up when parents got extra popcorn. Unfortunately now with the reward points staying on the card, I would have to stay there to complete the transaction to give the popcorn away as I was told that reward coupons are no longer to be printed out.

I like the reserved seating. Movies are always current. The popcorn is fresh. The only criticism I have is for the hand dryers that have replaced the paper towel in the bathrooms. For 1: sanitary reasons because the doors inside have a handle that you must pull to exit, it makes it unsanitary after you have just washed your hands to exit. 2: the hand dryers are positioned too low. Not everyone is short, it is difficult for a person of my height 5'8" or taller to stoop that low especially if you have any physical problems.
