I enjoy being able to reserve a seat in advance and not be forced to arrive very early to a show, in order to get my desired seating area.

The facility was clean and the staff was very friendly. I wish there weren't quite so many advertisements or previews prior to the featured movie. Other than that, our experience was very good.

Customer service - I forgot to present my Santikos card when purchasing popcorn, etc. and I was able to have the clerk register my purchases so that I could get credit for them. :-)

Just love going to the movies. The thing I like least is having to choose a seat from a chart while buying tickets. I don't get the point when there are only 6 people in the theater. It also slows down the ticket line.
