Overall like the whole experience. I enjoy watching movies at home but you miss the experience of being at the theater. I just hope the theater in Alamo Ranch gets done soon because it is a lot closer

one associate took to the time to set my reward card so I can activate my card other associates have told that I needed to activate my card. So when I tried to I had no success and this one helped get on track I wish I had remembered her name.

the staff is polite and professional. i like that all of Santikos movie screens are large. the seats are comfortable and leans back. the air temperature is perfect. picture quality is good. i was shocked to see two additional screens on the side. they were a distraction because they reflected light from the main screen and it made the main screen seem smaller. the openness atmosphere or feeling was taken away by the intrusive side screens.
