Convenient online tickets and seat selection. Good location (looking forward to the new location in Alamo Ranch) and parking. Do not like babies and very small children in the theater.

The staff is always quick and courteous, the concession lines move quickly, and I love reserved seating.

The emphasis on no glowing cell phones and the ease at reserving seats online. And the good popcorn at the Bijou (compared to Silverado 16, which is still ok; Bijou is better, though
