I liked the new reclining seats and also the the self service popcorn area.

Friendly, quick and easy

Staff was friendly, theaters clean and veiwing enjoyable. I enjoy Santikos Theaters as my choice of venue.

Everyone was extremely nice but the only problem was, when we got to our seats the table and seats were extremely dirty with food crums and spilled soda. I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble but this issue needs work on. Thanks

Close to house and recently upgraded.

We actually stopped going to Casa Blanca because of all the vehicle break ins . We recently took our children to see the new Sonic movie . The Silverado was very clean and the seats were so comfortable . We will definitely go back after this visit .

New design

I like the new renovations at the Bandera location. it was also my first time trying out the happy hour. The beef quesadilla was FANTASTIC!!

There was a negative. I heard about the military monday. When I was purchasing the tickets I didn't see a button for a military discount ticket. I asked an employee who was helping people with the kiosks how do i purchase a military ticket. He told me that I couldn't. If I could a button would have popped up. So i went ahead and bought a full price ticket.
Later I called my mom( who was the person who told me about Military Monday) she told me to go talk to a manager because that was false information. I did go request to speak to the manager and he refunded my money but I am still upset that the employee didn't tell me correct information the first time.

Always awesome experience, appreciate the 1st responders day!!! Great deal for those who served in law enforcement and the military
