New theater Casa Blanca was really nice. Love the leather seats. The seats are spacious and have big armrest. Seats in front are lower than other theaters which is great. If a tall person sits in front of you they won't block your view.large armrest acts as a side table to put your food and things.letters and numbers for reserved seating is more visable etched into the carpet and lights on the flooring. Plenty of kiosks in lobby makes for quicker purchases. All around beautiful theater.

We had a bad experience with other guest who brought a crying baby to the movie. After the movie I expressed my frustration to the Mgr. He was very understanding and empathetic. He gave us free passes to come back and watch the movie again. It was greatly appreciated.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Theater and the restrooms were clean and trash recepticles were emptied as soon as patrons left the theater I was in.
That being said, I'm not fond of or understand why there is assigned seating. And I don't
understand why there is usually only 1 or 2 persons handling concessions when there is
a line 4 people deep. I would think management would have at least 4 registers open
just before a movie begins so patrons can get to their popcorn and drinks and get to their seats in a more timely manner.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Never had a Bad Expwrince in 11 years. We will only go to Santikos Theaters; Specifically the Silverado. Most of the friends we take happen to be new to San Antonio and they end up going there exclusively! Now looking forward to Casablanca opening, but Siverado will always be our home. :)

I was able to stop by and have Lunch from the Cafe and Snacks (popcorn, soda, candy) while watching a movie!....:)

The spacious room to stretch my legs and for people to walk by.

It would be great have a tray of some sort to put your food on, that would definitely be more enjoyable.
