The staff are friendly. It's always clean. The staff also do a great job of crowd control, so the movies are not noisy and interrupted, not like other theatres. The assigned seating is convenient.

Santikos Theaters are always clean and well maintained, and the Casa Blanca theater in Alamo Ranch is exceptionally comfortable has a lots different entertainment choices😊

I enjoy the service that we receive their at Silverado .we are movie buffs and we liked to see up to two movies a week sometimes but generally one.i like that you have card for movie goers that give points for popcorn and goodies.and that you give back to the community and research and medical that is great.

I left my wallet in my seat with $135.00!cash in it. It was found by a manager and kept safe until I returned to see if it had been turned in. I respect that kind of honesty and will do a commercial if ever asked. You guys are great!! Incidentally the rest of my experiences there have been great since moving here from Arizona a month ago

No theatre is perfect. However, I do live near and you show most of the same movies. It's more convenient to attend your theatre. HOWEVER MANY HAVE REQUESTED THAT YOU SERVE OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES SINCE YOU CAN'T BRING IN FOOD. IT HASN'T HAPPENED. I'M SURE THAT'S NOT SO HARD. IT WOULD BE BETTER FOR SOME -- EVERYONE DON'T EAT POPCORN.
