Always great to go to santikos theatres. Everyone is helpful and nice and the theatres always are in tip top shape. Won't go to any other theatre.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I ❤ that it's close by and the staff is courteous.The facility is clean and is kept that way. Every time I turn my back, I see staff wiping or sweeping up something 😊
The food is a little high as far as the price, we get popcorn and drink only. The one time I went to get pizza I changed my mind while I was in line as it looked as if it had been sitting under the heat lamp all day 😮 (We usually see movies after 5 pm on Thursdays)
My autistic son ❤s to watch movies, we are there almost every week!

From the moment I walked in I was filled with intrepidation because I wasn't confidant that I would have a positive experience. I was concerned for no reason; the ENTIRE staff at Silverado 16 was more than competent and fun. I want to be sure I bring to your attention the following staff members: Carlos Diaz, Airren Baxter, Rissy, Jonah, Christopher, Manny, and Johnathan Burgos. This team was on point! They smiled, made eye-contact, and kept a 'clean' house. Well-done. Do not stop. I will be back. Thank You:)

We have had great experiences at all Santikos theaters. My only bad experiences have been during movie screenings of up coming movies. Always seems to be very disorganized and have experience very rude interactions with the ladies in charge of the movie screening.

The ease of getting tickets, the fast concessions line, refill on large pop corn and get our own drinks. The theater is always so clean, you don't stick to the floor, and the restrooms are clean and so many spaces available helps.

Location and currently available showtimes are very convenient for me and my friends who have attended many movies there. May eventually go to a movie at Casa Blanca, but currently their movie times don't seem to be compatible to the times we are accustomed to.
