Everything was great except my seats were doule booked luckily I purchased my tickets the day before so 1st come 1st serve....felt bad for the other couple and didn’t like that I missed the previews trying to resolve the matter thats my favypart is watching the previews for upcoming movies.

Easy going/friendly staff, good movie times, yummy popcorn, rewards program.

Don't like new back-pack policy. I have a back-pack leather purse that only fits steno pad, can't fit 8.5 by 11 inch paper or notebook or binder, yet am getting guff about MY purse. Please explain to your staff the difference.

All of the staff members were very friendly and helpful. We purchased our tickets online and were able to enter with a scan of our phone. Perfect!

I like the reserved seating and the rewards program. The only negative thing i would say is that you can never find parking at most santikos. Other than that santikos is great!

I never have a bad experience at Silverado 16. Staff is always willing to help or answer questions - from the ticket counter to the concessions. It's a hassle free experience.

I like that Santikos gives back to the community who supports it. I really enjoy going to the movies! It’s my favorite past-time and it’s nice to know that all the money I spend is going for something worthwhile👍

The theatres are comfortable and booking tickets online is simple. The $1 convenience fee for booking online is a bit ridiculous.
