Santikos are our favorite theatres and especially Silverado 16. Everyone is nice and professional. Concession staff work quickly. Santikos hires a diverse workforce and gives opportunities to employees with challenges. Santikos also presents family and community friendly messages during movie previews. There is a small town family feel to the experience that we just don’t get with other companies. We don’t go any where else!

Before the feature, it would be nice to see shorts produced by NESA cinema students, or other local groups. Perhaps entries to the local 48 Hr Film Festival, Gong Shorts, or other local media groups.
Everyone is always courteous and willing to help
the convenience of the snacks and sodas in the hallway.
We love the environment, the rewards system and the fact that you all give back to the community. I only wish the prices were a bit lower as it gets very expensive when you try to take the whole family out or consider a teacher discount. :)

Unique movie experience for myself and wife. We live a mile away from Silverado 16 -convenience. Great staff. The young lady that is in charle of the staff is a great manager and has a great personality. Military discount😃.much of the time the wife and I sit in the back, sometimes being one of a few customers watching that show - privacy/security. As wife and I have attended hundreds of movies in Silverado 16, and another hundred or so movies in the in the Bijou, U suggest that you offer some appreciation gratuities to your limited number of “best customers”😎

I liked that it was easy to purchase tickets and get into the movie quickly. I really like that you are able to refill your own drink and add butter to your popcorn.

We usually go to Casa Blanca, but over the holidays the time schedule for for Silverado fit better. I am a loyalty rewards member and I didn’t read the fine print about my birthday pass expiring in two weeks 😐 I was over by a few days and she honored our pass and was able to get us great seats for the showing. We spent quite a bit at the bar to make up for the hospitality that she showed and we greatly appreciated it! Thanks!
