The Santikos Palladium is the really an exciting theatre to go to, I like the live bands that play on the weekends...very cool! I love the upstairs theatres for adults only and bar area. The IMAX theatre is also cool and I love to be able to pick my seats and reserve in advance.

Can you please pass this along to a manager? I need to know if there are cameras on the outside of the Palladium. We were there for the 1:45 showing off Doctor Strange, and my car was hit & I have significant damage.

I like being able to select my seats ahead of time, so I can arrive right on time for the show. I also like being awarded points for free things. I like the weekday combo.

The staff at Santinos were all very friendly and helpful. The theater is also kept up very well.

I like the entire complex of theatres. You can do 3D, regular 2D or various other options. Having said that my last Saturday night experience was one of my worst visits ever. We came across town to see Hacksaw Ridge. We arrived at 6:30pm for the 7:50pm showing. We were show on computer display at the ticket window that the only seats available were the very front 4 rows. We kept looking around for higher row seat to fill. They never did! There plenty of seating available! What' up with that? 15 to 20 no shows, unlikely. Also I had birthday ticket coming and the ticket vendor gave it to my friend as we had designated seats together but paid separately. Awkward!!! Bad visit.

My niece and her boyfriend were in town and I was able to secure 4 tickets for the pre-premiere for Trolls. When we got there one hour before, they had already filled up the theater and asked us if we wanted to wait. Within minutes the employee came to get us and told us that a row had opened up and he personally escorted us to our seats. I could not have asked for more professional customer service; he was an amazing representative and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

All of it. What's not to like?

I had a unexpected situation happen. My Brother-In-Law had a bad fainting spell in the middle of us watching Doctor Strange. My brother was so worried about it, he called 911. He ended up just having low blood pressure, which in turn caused him to pass out. To get to the point, the 2 gentlemen who came and assisted us with such care, were so amazing. The care they took in assisting us was so AWESOME. I will rave about Santikos every chance I get. Thank-you for coming to our aid with such professionalism, care and urgency.

Afternoon matinee was a very pleasant experience with plenty of seating.

I likeove how open entrance is and love the bar upstairs !!
