This was my husband's and my first time doing yoga and it was a wonderful experience! Nancy K. was a great instructor. The heat was intense, but we felt comfortable and like we got a solid workout. Most of the teachers are excellent. However, there are a lot of very young teachers being hired a little too fast, so I would slow down on hiring some of these very green, young teachers. Teachers like Marie, Nick and Phillip are why I come to CorePower.

I found the studio to be peaceful and conducive of a mindful practice for a number of reasons: the place is neat and clean, which doesn't allow for distractions. The staff is kind and understanding--I came in without my student ID because I left it in the car, and because class was starting soon, my check in person/teacher (Leigh Anne) took my word for it, and was given the student discount. She was very nice for doing so, as it was raining outside and I would have had to take a trip to the parking lot…the little things and interactions I had with the studio and its occupants made me feel good. I really loved my experience at this studio, it brought me back to that sweet place I used to know when I was practicing more consistently. I really appreciated my instructor and the way she lead the class. I've missed my practice dearly, and feel inspired to dive in again. Amazing and brilliant. Thank you!
