I’ve been practicing here for over 10
Years and have been doing yoga for 40 years. It is by far my favorite studio experience. The variety of classes. The consistency of the teachers has made core power my forever yoga home.

I really like the class that I went to. The instructors were outstanding!! The temperature was pleasantly warm, not scorching hot. Also the facilities of the studio itself were really great! I like that there’s a shower and lockers and free keys! I hope Studio will continue to have workshop type classes like this in the future

Your instructors are all so great. This class was taught by Libby Rose, and I left feeling so fulfilled, physically, mentally, and spiritually. I love that your rooms are heated. I recommend the C1 classes to every newer yogi I meet who is looking to improve and learn, and take it often, as well, when I want to work on my form. Thank you for coming back so strongly after the pandemic.

I loved the C2 class I took so much. I took it with Olivia and her instruction was amazing. At the time I went she was doing a chakra flow and the way she tied in chakra education with the flow itself was seamless.

The instructor, Lupita. She is always happy and welcoming and she kicks your BUTT, in a good way. I leave her Yoga Sculpt class dripping of sweat(gross I know, but so good).

This was exact how I wanted to end my weekend and what I was hoping to find on a Sunday evening. Loved the instructor, the large room and lighting, the locker rooms. It was a challenging class, the stretching felt so good, and I left feeling very calm and centered.

Love everything about it from the classes to the teachers to the space. Changed my life.
