I have noticed that joint pain has gone away or reduced greatly, in the ten years I've gone to Corepower. I can keep doing the activities I love, because yoga has helped heal my body. I am in my 60s and am very grateful for how yoga helps me take care of myself in a way that makes me want to keep coming back. The instructors are kind, knowledgeable, and really nice. I have learned many alternative poses to do, to keep injury free. I mostly attend hpf.

I am new to yoga this year and was delighted to take my first class with Emma on a Saturday morning. She is really kind, has wonderful energy and teaches a brilliant class! I will continue to take her class weekly if I can. The studio is clean, always stocked with wipes etc and the community seems really open and welcoming of all levels of ability.
The yoga teachers are amazing. They made yoga easy to understand and very helpful. Since it was my first time, it was relaxing. I will definitely go again when I visit San Diego.

Tried it for the first time a few weeks ago not knowing what to expect. I haven’t done a ton of yoga and my usual workout is lifting weights at the gym. I’ve really enjoyed the classes that I’ve done thus far. I also love that there are so many class offerings every single day so I’m guaranteed to find one that works with my busy schedule

I would love to see more HPF on the schedules (I go to all of the downtown Chicago studios). I have a wrist injury and love knowing there won’t be chaturungas in the flow. Some days out of 4 studios there are little to no HPF classes on the schedule.

I absolutely love my experience at CorePower Yoga. The instructors are amazing; each one has a unique style and an incredible way of transmitting energy and good vibes. You can truly feel their passion, and it makes every class special. I enjoy it so much every time I go!
The only area for improvement would be cleanliness. Sometimes it’s easy to notice the studio floor still has hair or sweat from the previous class, and occasionally the bathrooms could use a bit more attention.
Other than that, it’s been spectacular. I truly love being part of this community.
The playlist was amazing and the workout was the perfect amount of relaxing and challenging and I sweat it all out and left my heart on the mat.
The instructor was very positive. Made it a point to call out everyone during the class for something they did well. I really appreciate the positive reinforcement. Upbeat. Remembered my name. All very positive.
I highly recommend Zeny Bate. She’s an excellent teacher with a non-stop flow. She’s very relaxed, but I can also burn lot of calories at the same time.

Zheni and Klea, the music they choose. How supportive they are. For a 49 year old “so strong” is really a lot more helpful (like they say) than “you don’t know what you can do if you don’t push yourself” which is what another instructor said. I’ve been doing yoga for 30 years I’m perrfrctpy aware that if I push myself too hard then my whole life becomes yoga. Let me be!
But back to the point, yay Zheni and Klea!
