Great community, great workouts!
I always take the 815am class during weekdays and the 9am on weekends and the lineup has been great! No need to drive farther unless timing doesn’t work. Theresa, as manager, has done wonders at CPY Kahala!

The Studio is well run and communicates promptly by text messages any change in schedules. They do a nice job of providing cleaning supplies for your mat and keeping the heating.HVAC filters clean (visible when you lay down on your mat).
The Instructors are very welcoming. The members are great and friendly. Highly recommend.
