TRX Classes and flexible timing of them (with Steve on Monday/Wednesday). He will accommodate even if I'm 10 -15 minutes late. I like the variety of teachers and styles.
The positive energy, the focus on building a positive self image and positive group dynamic through exercise, the encouraging environment - PK is an absolutely amazing instructor.... HIs positive messages and energy make the difficult classes more empowering and he's "adorkable"

Great Class Instructors!
I like that you have super early classes in the morning. The only area that needs to be addressed is the front office staff. Perhaps they need training in how to interact with clients. There's no greeting when you enter or have a nice day when your leave... something to think about.
after my first visit, i was hooked!!! kinda surprised, I'm not a studio kinda guy! staff is the coolest... studio always clean...
