I have not always had perfect experiences at this location, however when I get one of the regular ladies, its pretty much a homerun every time. what do I like? that I don't feel like a sheep or a hearded cattle beast... ok it costs more then the bowl cut companies...and sometimes there is a wait. It is well worth it so that I get a good haircut but an even better experience. It is a rare occasion I get to relax so to pay 45 to 50 dollars to relax... and leave looking better then I walked in? its a win win.
I sure hope this company is smart and realizes its idea is good, but it is its staff who make people come back... don't be cheap, keep your good staff happy.

Staff are always very friendly, immediately greeting with a cheerful hello on entering, in particular Brittany is wonderful.

The girl that cuts my hair knows how I like it and makes it less stressful..I would prefer if I could make an appt though as it is frustrating to just have to show up and either she is not there or I have to wait again for my name to be called.

I like the atmosphere and the TV's.I am not really into small talk when I am getting a hair cut. I find it uncomfortable.

First thing I like is when I walked in to the store . It was full of smiles. I was given a tour and explain the services and products that were available to me. I was a little nervous at the beginning because I'm a women and wasn't sure if they would give me a good hair cut but I was comfortable within 5 mins . My son and I walked out there with vip treatment. It was worth the drive from Cambridge and was very happy.Give a woot woot to Jenna and the girls in the Boardwalk store in Waterloo Ontario
