The staff is great. Erica always takes good care of me and my son. Haircut is always bang on. We get the MVP service with wash and massage. One comment I have that could make out experience better is....during sign in online the system doesn't allow people with HOTMAIL to sign in. I call in and I get put on the roster but it's a pain because they are not supposed to sign you in over the phone. The owner should fix this sooner than later.
