The staff and the setup
The big thing is the online check in, since it lets me see how long I'll be waiting, sign in myself and/or my multiple children. I appreciate that the system also saves the haircut we had last. It goes without saying that without friendly staff that might still not be enough to bring us back.
As a student price is to much. Service is very good. I have suggestion for you keep some discount for a international student.
