This was First name removed's first time getting a hair cut (other than from his Aunt, who is not a hairdresser). Carla was very friendly and made sure First name removed felt comfortable.

It likely was a promotional thing due to the store at Ira Needles in Waterloo being new ... but my kids (9 and 12) were upgraded to the VIP treatment. Since they would never allow me to put a hot towel on their faces or allow me to give them a little neck and shoulder massage I was very skeptical that they would go for this offering. Sure enough they thought it was amazing and talked about all the way home. One the stylists also was able to do a hair tattoo for my son. She buzzed his soccer jersey number into his hair on the back of his head. She did an amazing job. We will definitely be back!

It was very busy, but everyone was very apologetic and really tried there best to make the wait time short....the haircut we received was awesome, the staff is fantastic, prices are reasonable...we'll be back!
