I really liked that staff spoke with my son. His speech is impaired and most people just cut his hair and ignore him. But your staff actually engaged with him (although they struggled to understand they kept trying and talking with him) and he felt wonderful because of that.

Candace is my stylist! Has been for over a year! I like the level of service & technical ability she provides!

I was very impressed with the actual concern of your employee that my hair was being done exactly as I preferred. I was given opportunity to basically work with her regarding my preferences.

I didn't like the 45 minute wait, but timing of future visits will be better.

Atmosphere and staff

Carla was very good at cutting my hair.

Today, I went in for a haircut and I didn't have a great idea of what I wanted. Dana very patiently helped me choose a hairstyle, as well as give me a walk-through on how to style it. Nobody has ever done this for me before, and I was very impressed! He obviously loves his job and gave me some tips for keeping my scalp and hair healthy. He was very attentive and gave me what I'd consider the best haircut of my life. I will definitely be going back, and requesting him specifically.

Greeted with a smile and was provided information about different packages offered as it was my first visit. Loved the locker room atmosphere and the big screen tv's are a huge hit
