The quality of cleaning on site is very good. Both Val and Natalie are very friendly, as is the window cleaning, and fit in very well with our staff. Both them are a pleasure to have in the building. The administration side appears to be slightly less impressive. We appear recently to be having an issue with delay between the date of an invoice and the date of receipt. For instance 84076 was dated 1 April 2016 but not received by email until 15th April 2016. Invoice 841014 was dated 5th April 2016 but not received by post until 13th April 2016.

Regular and efficient service

We have had a lot of changes in staff, but miraculously you have managed to secure good sets of cleaners each time there is a change. It does concern me a little with the regularity of change though. This also includes changes to supervisors. Continuity is very important, there is a huge trust element in continuity and if that gets eroded relationships tend to become detached. I would not want this to happen.
I do understand by the sheer nature of the job, there tends to be a high turnover of staff within that industry. Mostly this will be beyond your control. So far you have seemingly handled that part of your business well.
