In summary, I felt that the owner was engaged and professional.
Oh...and the hair cut (shampoo etc...) was just what I was looking for. The staff seemed able to not only offer what the customer asked for but were able to suggest options when asked.
I will be referring this salon to friends and will be taking my kids there in the future.

I was greeted immediately and and told I would be next in line with a wait of approx. 5 min. staff was friendly and had a smile on their face and were very plesant.

Staff are friendly. Aksana is always great with my 3 year old. She is the only hairdresser anywhere my wife trusts cutting his hair! Prices are decent. The sports. The promotions.

The people who work at sport clips are great. They listen to what I want and actually do what I for the haircut I said I wanted. The people who work at sport clips are really nice and friendly. I definatly will choose sport clips as my favourite hair cutting place.

Dear Mr/Mrs Owner,

As a customer at your store I am constantly having a little problem. The problem is that the hours you give your staff are extremely too low. For us customers to wait 2 days to see the stylist we want, and there hours only being 4-5 hours it just doesn't fit with most of peoples schedule, and that makes it very stressful to find the right day and time to meet with the stylist of our choice. So I would and most likely all your customers appreciate if it wouldn't hurt you to give them more hours and i don't mean like 30 minutes or 1 hour more I mean like MORE hours! you get what i'm trying to say? and by the way ALL OF YOUR STAFF DESERVE A HUGE RAISE! Especially Nickie ;). Please take all my suggestions especially the last one ;) ;) into consideration.

PS. I am Really enjoying the MVP program the way you guys run it phenomenal. This place out of the places i have been to this is by far the BEST :D Keep up the great work
