I had Tina cut my hair today, and it was by far the worst experience I've had at sport clips. I still left with a satisfactory haircut, but while she was cutting my hair, she was very rough with the tools she was using. It was painful. As well, she forgot to use the piece of paper around my neck before applying the cloth that covers and protects my clothes from hair. This caused an uncomfortable amount of hair to go down my neck. While she was cutting my bangs, she carelessly put the hair she cut on my face. Further, when she used the water spray, she did not take care not to spray me in the face. She is a nice lady, I do not believe she knew she did any of these things. I would like her to strive, so please help her correct what she is doing wrong.
