Haircuts are consistent

Myself and my two boys frequent 3 locations, Newmarket, Aurora & Collingwood. Fast, friendly service is usually provided - for the most part.

I find that some staff rush through the MVP service while others take their time and do it well. I have a fair level of expectation. I will not complain or criticize staff, but I am paying extra and it should be worth it, especially a service that your company promotes and what should be consistent.

Rosanna at the Bayview store in Aurora is very good and very kind. My boys love Christine in Newmarket. Both great assets.

Your debit machines not accepting CIBC cards was extremely frustrating, its nice to see that this issue has now been fixed.

You actually get the same haircut each time. You have miraculously figured out that the hair wash is best done after the cut to clean up the mess. It’s not rocket science, but you figured it out!

No waiting, Melissa was excellent and gave me exactly the cut I wanted, the hours are convenient and the location is close to home. I will keep coming back!
