#1 - staff. Always get my hair cut by Ashleigh at the Aurora location. She is awesome, so friendly and always cuts my hair the way I would like. Have had other staff before as well and get very good service.

Cleanest fade I've ever gotten
Mandy is great. She did a great job with my 6 year old son’s hair. She also made him super comfortable, listened to him and made it an awesome experience. He asks to only go when she is in.
