I would like to start by complementing cleanliness of the store. I reserved my spot online and was welcomed by Johaina who advised me to confirm the arrival on the POS system. I got nice and quick MVP haircut by assistant manager Johaina. She was not only helpful to customers but also she was helping her coworkers with POS system which demonstrates great customer and team management skills. Everyone at the store was nice and friendly. I feel welcomed at the store and will come back here in future.
I love the whole concept (sports) and it’s a great haircut at a good price. I never have to wait very long. The stylists are friendly and professional.
