You are doing a great job. I love your studio and staff.
More deals and specials as it is really expensive
Teacher's high level of professionalism, friendly staff, beautiful set up classes & amenities
The Staff know who you are & are not snobby.
There does need to be a change of yoga teachers during the week though. There were some previous female yoga teachers that were excellent.
More Pilates classes
There should be a class exclusively for newbies..not enough time was used to illustrate proper technique and use of the reformer
Otherwise was great
Would love more yin based/styled classes.
Good teachers, nice studio, relaxed atmosphere.
Quality of teachers and timetable provides lots of options for me. Also accessible parking available near studio
Thana is amazing
Everything!
I love the place because is simple minimalist and clean. The people are friendly and the teacher gives a fantastic class giving a combination of strength flexibility focus on movement relaxation of mind and fun
Thank you
I have only tried pilates in Redfern, it's a lovely studio space and the teachers are great, particularly Derrick ☺️
Better Managment of mats stored
Super friendly staff that makes everybody feel so welcome, a really nice atmosphere,
Great energy in classes
Teachers are so passionate and inspiring
Fabulous.
Don’t understand why you can’t store your mat without a bag though
Amazing talented teachers
Super friendly teachers, gentle in their approach, moves explained really well in essentials classes to make sure your practice develops correctly, lovely studio (Bondi) and really welcoming. I was nervous to try yoga for the first time and now it’s one of my happy safe spaces!
Great studios great teacher and lovely vibe
Great staff and facilities!
Friendly service. Studio's are always clean and inviting and there is a good mix of classes. Sometimes would be good to know level of intensity with instructors / their session plan as can sometimes be too slow when expecting a 'hot flow' workout.
I love the peaceful feeling I get the moment I step into the foyer. The aroma of essential oils immediately makes me feel relaxed. The studios and bathrooms are always incredibly clean.
I like the class sizes, the teaching quality is always excellent and the facilities are clean.
Hi there,
I have been practising at BML and Power Living for about 13 years.
Potts Point is four minutes walk from my house but almost the studio I visit the least. The only teachers whose classes I attend are Tash and Sarah R, sometimes Johnny if he is relieving a class
.
I am working in my practise at getting stronger in handstand and head stand, trying to get into Pincha Mayurasana and press up in general, more complex arm balances and the transitions between them. Many of the aforementioned poses I am not competent in and need a lot of strength building. Most of the Potts Point teachers offer a very gentle practise to a range of not very strong students. Sometimes there is an opportunity to do a more complex pose if you are competent in it but not the strength and flexibility building to prepare I would get by going to Vicki’s class for instance.
I would love to practise at Potts Point more as it is my local but I find myself having to travel to the three other studios to practise with Ari, Christian, Sarah R, Vicki and Julia..
I personally really struggle with Thana’s style of teaching and therefore avoid his classes but this rules out practising on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning in Potts Point much to my disappointment.
I understand the Potts Point studio is struggling a bit with numbers, a while ago the 6.30am and 7.30am classes were combined to help numbers. I practised this morning and there were only 8 people in the quite gentle general class. I understand there a lot of less experienced practitioners in Potts Point but “build it and they will come!” a couple of really strong 90minute classes would definitely help as students from other studios would visit. For instance a couple of years ago you did a male teacher rotation on Saturday afternoons with David, Christian and Ari teaching, this was very popular.
I would like to be able to practise at much stronger classes in the morning but over the 4 Sydney studios there are very few opportunities to do so. I take mornings off to do 90minute 9.30am classes in Surry Hills occasionally but it is not sustainable to do this all the time.
I am considering not renewing my annual membership next year and joining an Ashtanga studio instead to get a stronger morning practise.
I am hoping you might be able to add some longer stronger classes to the morning schedules and up the anti at Potts Point!
Kind regards,

When I joined there were quite a few beginner yoga classes in the morning at Kirrawee.
However now they have been changed to advance classes and I’m finding I’m not getting to any yoga classes
Friendly atmosphere, great teachers
Despite how early on the day the week before that I try and book classes on Tuesday & Wednesday mornings - they are never available. Feels like they are already pre-booked out which feels unfair.
Create an app to make it easier to view timetables, book, cancel and accept waitlist notifications on the go - it's impossible trying to do this on a phone - especially since you have to log in to the dashboard every time - the spot has usually gone by the time you log in!

Variety of yoga teachers with different styles, lots of class times to choose from and a large space, all the staff are very friendly and helpful
