Zerorez ALWAYS cleans our carpets well. I stopped using other carpet cleaning businesses because the shampoo used to clean the carpets attracted dirt and the carpets looked worse. The process Zerorez uses never leaves a film of shampoo. Why is that? Because they don’t use shampoo. They use a special water that is heated. My carpets ALWAYS stay clean for a long time.

We like the ease of scheduling and the professionalism of Zerorez. Josh lets us know exactly what the cost will be up front and does a super job of cleaning. This is our second year having him do our carpets and tile and we will continue to have him come to keep our home's super clean feeling.

I am always caught by misleading advertisements and never learn my lesson. This time I thought that I was getting 3 rooms cleaned for $99 and the 4th room for $17. When the service arrived I was told that the 4th room would cost $150 because it was tile. We had already prepared the room so we made a quick decision to move forward. Now I wish I would have done it all myself for I could have purchased the equipment for the money and done it myself.

I feel the technician that performed the service did a good job. I just feel like he had to hurry too fast to do a thorough job.
The first two rooms and stairs turned out great! The family room and 3 bedrooms I am very disappointed how they turned out.
I feel like if you’re tech. had the appropriate amount of time he could have done a better job.
I feel like the amount of work that I did to move all the furniture, with the exception of beds from all the rooms to make it more convenient to clean wasn’t worth .the pay off.
