That it is a deep clean with no chemicals

Zerorez cleaned our area rug cleaner than any other cleaner ever has, especially the high traffic part of it. And we were especially pleased with how our down-filled couch turned out. We have been afraid to get it cleaned - one rug cleaning company didn't dare attempt it. We were very satisfied with Zerorez service and results.

The tech was very knowledgeable about all the different services & what would be best for our house. The price initially quoted was adhered to except for what we chose to add on. No surprises, no gimmicks. Just clean floors. It did dry fairly fast too, except on the stairs. Those took longer.
It leaves no residue. The pet treatment seemed to work really well--no more smell!

Setting up an appointment was easy. The information I needed to know regarding carpet prep was sent to me well in advance of the appointment.
The technical called ahead to notify us he was coming. He was on time and very accommodating. He explained the process, answered all of our questions, then got right to work. We had a couple of difficult spots and he took extra time to work out the stains. We were very pleased with the service and the condition of our carpets after he was done. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone looking for quality carpet cleaning. While the technician was there, we had him measure our tile areas as they also offer grout cleaning and sealing. We are going to have him return to do all of our tile in the near future.
Very professional and state of the art equipment
Attention to detail in making and confirming appointment, wall and furniture and corner protectors set up to keep hoses from damaging surfaces, technician used booties to keep carpet clean during the process, professional friendly technician. Most of all the whole idea that you use ionized water and NO soap etc. or chemicals. Thanks for the system!
It looks and smells great but I'm giving it a while to see how long it still looks good! But all went great!
The carpets are clean! That's most important to me. The carpets didn't dry as quickly as advertised. It's been over 24 hours, and some areas are still damp, but that is not too much of a negative for us. The serviceman was very polite and helpful.
Fast response time and excellent service. Very friendly, explaining the process and answering questions. No soap, no residue. Looked like new when finished.
I like that the process uses pure water without chemicals or soaps. My carpets look and feel wonderful. I would like to have had 2 chairs cleaned, but I feel that your prices are way out of line. I was quoted $60 each and I paid 50 for both of them in the past. They are small and would only take a few minutes to clean.

Scheduling was a nightmare, I had to call several times and I never got a call back. When I did have the work scheduled I never got a conformation call so I called and then was told they would be here by 3 and it was after 5 almost 6 when they did show up. Had to cancel and reschedule. The tech that came and did the work was great, I would recommend him just not the company. You should not have to call an answering service for work to be done VERY POOR service!!
