Really friendly and professional service. Dr Kapoor put us at ease instantly - it was our first visit and first time having botox. We were allowed to go down together (my sister and I) and all the details were explained to us before going ahead.

I met with Dr. Anita Kapoor to have a Botox consultation and possibly get some that same appointment.

Although I expected a short bit of information, what I didn't expect was the very detailed, kind and considerate explanation of all aspects of the procedure and genuine interest in my concerns.

I found Dr. Anita Kapoor to be extremely personable and she was excellent at putting me at ease. One thing she did do was underplay my expectations, one week on from the appointment and I couldn't be happier with the results!
