The different fun classes that make gym fun rather then a boring workout it gives you more motivation when its like a dance routine also. The ladies are lovely members and instructors.

Good range of programs. Good timetable. Suits me as a beginner but classes suit all ranges so i have room to grow. Feel welcome as a beginner.
