Friendly and quick. Only one complaint.....Ive noticed that although you say you dont take appointments, people come in and are told how long it will be and then they come back.....that is an appointment. Nothing makes me angrier than sitting for 20 minutes thinking Im next and then two or three other people walk in and are ahead of me. That is why I stopped going to your competitors. It should be sit and wait or appointments....not both. Thanks
