Very friendly. Meghan listened to what I wanted and thoroughly explained what she was going to do. I had not been for a haircut for 3 months so it was hard to tell exactly how short I wanted it. At the end, I was very pleased with the cut.

The stylist who cut my hair did a terrific job. She was very courteous and professional which made my overall experience there that much more enjoyable. Meaghan at the Collingwood store was truly a pleasure the whole time I was there, and I would certainly request her again to cut my hair.

The staff and 5he hair cut
I really like being able to check in online, and get a text when they are ready. Makes it so much easier with my 6 year old grandson. The stylists have mostly been great with my grandson (there is a couple we avoid). Most of the stylists are great and listen to how I want his hair cut.
