Checking in ONLINE is super easy and very convenient ! Have never waited more than 5mins once in store. The staff are always sanitizing and cleaning up after each client which is what that 5min wait is for so its okay!
I like the app for reserving my spot in line - I like the attendants who are all excellent - I like the MVP hot towel service and wash service (I could pass on the massage part, but it's not a problem either), and beard trim services. I like the convenient hours your open and have zero concerns about the price charged for any of your services.
