The staff is friendly and have always given me a great haircut. I really love the Tea-tree shampoo and conditioner. I use nothing else.
Good service, the team in Collingwood knows me by now, always get treated well and they take the time to make my hair cut the way I like it. I enjoy the VIP, but don't always have time for that service.

The cleanliness of the establishment, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I was greeted sitting seconds of walking in the door by Marina. She was extremely friendly and welcoming. When she noticed I wasn't into small talk, she wasn't pushy about it and that is a big plus for me. My haircut turned out exactly how I wanted it and the MVP upgrade was well worth it
