So many days and hours to choose from, it makes it easy to fit our schedule. Also makes it easy to reschedule when we absolutely can't make it to our regular lesson times. Great instructors, and offers different styles of learning.

You can trust that all the instructors are great at what they do. Rescheduling lessons is always very easy and you can trust that any substitute lesson/instructor will be a good one. My son has taken guitar lessons from Matt at the Plymouth location for years now and he is a gem! I would recommend Plymouth B2R to anyone looking to sign up for any type of music lessons.
The staff is the best. From the front desk to the instructors, they all show a sincere enthusiasm for working with kids. My daughter almost stopped playing music when we were with another music program, but we are so glad we switched her to Bach to Rock, she and her amazing instructor (Spencer), design her classes around her interests and around her pace. She is encouraged to try new things when they sense she is ready, and they make an effort to keep it fun. She loves this place!
Pricing is great, the teachers and staff are all so wonderful. My son adores his drum teacher David and has so much fun learning. He’s so confident in himself and it’s so great watching him open up more and more to it.
Leo is a fantastic teacher for our young kids. Great mix of fun with technique.
Great place for kids to learn to play instruments
My daughter Sophie loves her time at Bach to Rock. Her instructors seem genuinely kind and patient so it’s really helped her feel comfortable learning. Staff have always been so responsive with communication, highly recommend

Your teachers are fantastic and the office operates with rules but has flexibility - which I have always appreciated. Communication is top notch.

I love the quality of the lessons provided. Our instructor, Diego Mills, is an excellent teacher and director. He spends time with each student in the band and moves them forward in a fun and engaging way. He's a true musician and his passion is evident and contagious. He provides opportunities to perform in front of live audiences that my child wouldn’t have gotten otherwise. He knows the industry because he is a current performer so he brings that to his instruction. Not only is my daughter improving in music, but also confidence and public speaking which is tough to teach to any middle schooler. Thank you!
Great programs and flexible-ish schedules. I would like Sunday lessons as well but it is Bergen County.
The instructor is so much fun, she’s so great with the kids. My granddaughter enjoys her class on Saturday mornings.
Great flexibility with appointments
It’s the staff. The teachers are so positive and encouraging. That is the best part ! Has enriches her life and is a stress reliever for her . A great outlet .

Offer packages and other perks
Both our kids love their bands and its awesome that they have the opportunity to perform at public venues. The staff is great and very responsible and helpful. This is an awesome place for kids to develop their musical and performance skills.
My only suggestion would be to try to institute some kind of process or evaluation so that kids of about the same ability are grouped together in a band. My son is in a band at a pretty advanced level, and some new people were introduced who are not at the same level. So the band is kind of backtracking rather than improving. It would be good if there was an audition or some process to avoid this happening.
