I was in a tough spot and Friar got me out of it. I needed a suit the same week and they not only provided amazing service and products but also provided the very rare "mom & pop" service. I was extremely happy with the suit options their staff recommended and the day of the wedding I looked very nice and sharp. Thank you once again, I'll definitely be coming back for my next event.
They took really good care of me! Every measurement and every interaction with them was handled with a lot of care, and I definitely recommend that everyone tries this! Their suits were comfortable, they fit perfectly, and I looked perfect for my grandparents' vow renewals!

Staff was mostly competent and professional. They handled the process of shipping suits to my remote groomsmen very well. We were very happy with the end look.
The only hiccup was a mixup about rental vs buy on the suit for my 3yo ring bearer, so we ended up with a buy suit. I guess it does make sense - the risk of damage is super high with kids that age. It wasn't communicated well to me as the account holder.
But that is a minor thing in the end, largely we were very happy with the process and end result.
Love the quality of the suits and the customer service is A1, I have been using them for about 10 years.

We had a wedding planned, but we totally forgot about getting tuxes (terrible mistake), the people at Friar were able to help us, and we were able to get our tuxes on the same day. They totally saved our Vegas wedding! Thank you so much!
Very friendly and professional. Helped me find the perfect matching tie and pocket square too complement the tux color. The fit was perfect and my wife loved how I looked in it for our wedding.

The staff were all super friendly. They jumped in to help as soon as we signed in. They had great suggestions on putting the suits together. The provided excellent customer service. Quality of the suits and tux are great!
Everything was very easy. But I think they ordered our jacket a size too small. They insisted going up a size wouldn't alleviate the bunch around the middle, but that jacket was bursting at the seems when buttoned closed. My son ended up have to wear his tux jacket open all night. the rep told us there was no way to get the right sized jacket in time. I wish there had been a better way to resolve the issue. I'm kinda sad in all of his pictures the jacket is either riding up or left unbuttoned.
