One of the greatest benefits is being able to see your child in their classroom for a portion of the day, which gives you such a wonderful glimpse into their learning and daily experiences. There is always a fun and engaging activity for the kids to participate in that encourages learning and development. The staff are consistently kind, caring, and welcoming, which makes such a positive difference. Most importantly, my child comes home every day telling me they had a great day! It’s so reassuring to know they are happy, learning, and well cared for.
Our daughter is 3 years old and has been going here since before she was 1. As a mom, it can be hard to trust just anyone with your child and I couldn't ask for better caretakers for my child. She has learned so much, from shapes and numbers to animals, songs…
Their communication is fabulous and are always there to help with any questions you may have. Also the center is very very clean!
We love kiddie academy. My daughter has never been a child care center and kiddie academy has been so accommodating and wonderful. I was worried about the transition but kiddie academy did a great job with my daughter. Ms. Tyler the director is always helpful and has been amazing since the first day we met her. All of administration and staff know my daughter by name and wish her well every morning when she starts her day. When we leave they all say goodbye to her by name. The kiddie academy teams know my whole family and makes sure we know that my daughter loves school and is learning everyday. They send so many pictures and updates throughout the day to give the families peace of mind throughout the day. I would recommend kiddie academy to all my friends and family.
The teachers are cheerful and supportive.
The rooms are always clean and safe.

I love my son's teachers and most importantly so does he! They're amazing; especially Ms Rachel, Ms Bronwyn, and Ms Coresa! They promote a loving environment for my son to thrive and they aren't afraid to give him a little push toward positivity if he's being a little naughty!
I love this daycare so much! Everyone is so kind. Ms Alexis and Ms Heather, you rock! The teachers are great and take care of the little ones as if they were their own. My little girl can be shy, but she loves to go to “school”! We’ve had the best experience so far!!

My children are so engaged when the go to Kiddie Academy and they're always excited to go. The teachers always greet them warmly. I can see the progress they're making and they enjoy learning.
We have had a wonderful experience with this daycare! My daughter started attending when she was just 18 months old, and we couldn’t be happier with the care, love, and attention she has received. The staff are caring, patient, and supportive, and they make sure the children feel safe, comfortable, and happy. I truly appreciate all the effort they put into helping the children learn, grow, and develop.

We appreciate the love, patience, and attention they give our child each day, as well as the little updates and interactions that help us feel connected to her day while we are at work.

Recently there has been a lot of turnover with the staff but the leadership team has ensured continued quality care and support for the kids.
The teachers are so kind and very involved in the child’s care and development. Very patient with children. Very professional. At the previous daycare, my child used to hate going; now, she is asking to go and loves it. Also, peace of mind that there is a live camera in the classroom so anytime you miss your child, you can look at the camera. I love Kiddie Academy. I would highly recommend it. I appreciate all the hard work the teachers and the admin team are and have been doing.
I like the ability to see me children as well as how they interact with them on a daily basis! They are caring and my children are happy to see them every day they come!
Last year was good. But this year is crazy most teachers have left and every single day dozen teachers come and go to same classroom. There is no constant care taker, creating anxiety among small children. It’s not about teacher going to breaks, teacher doesn’t show up for entire week sometimes.
We’ve had a great experience with Kiddie Academy of St. Johns! My daughter loves going to school, which makes me happy as a parent. The staff is always kind and welcoming, and I appreciate knowing she has a place where she feels comfortable and excited to learn. I’m grateful for the care and positive environment they provide!

Kiddie Academy West Creek is a wonderful facility. My son has attended since March and he has shown dramatic improvement in his skills from potty training to sharing. The staff is all very professional and friendly and take great care of him. I fully trust them to watch my son and help him grow and learn every day.

Our daughter was very nervous when she started because she did not speak English. The teachers and staff have been very patient, kind, and supportive during this transition.
