Good quality
What I like most about your educational child care services is how quickly my child is learning and developing new skills. I also really appreciate receiving regular updates about her learning and progress. It gives me confidence that she is in a nurturing environment where she is encouraged to grow, and I enjoy seeing how much she is learning each day.
The facility is always clean. The teachers are great and you can tell they care. My son has only been there for about two months now and has already learned so much.
We are still a new family, but overall, think the kids are enjoying it. The communication with us has been pretty good, especially with Mr. Mickey and the lady in Pioneers in the morning (I feel terrible I don't know her name). One thing I wish we would have received information on is I subscribe to the DHHS notifications for health care providers, child service providers, etc. and noticed that Kiddie Academy was on the most recent report for supervision of children. I am not sure what that specifically means, and it probably isn't madatory to disclose things like that to the families, but I like the idea of transparency in sharing what occurred and how it is going to be remedied. That said, I feel our children are safe and happy there. The range of activities, lesson plans, etc. has been great.
I like that screens are rarely used and my child gets to experience lots of things. I love the variety at meals and play. I like that I feel that my child is learning while there
Great communication and curriculum! They also take great care of the children and provide them with the best education possible in a daycare setting. I absolutely love this daycare! Mrs. Val is an excellent director who cares for my kids as if they were her own. I can’t even begin to mention the teachers by name because they are all fantastic!

We have tried several programs in the area and Kiddie Academy is, by far, the best. The children are professionally and compassionately engaged, challenged, and supervised. They are more expensive than some, but worth it.
Everything! I think Giovanna learned a lot both educationally and socially.
It’s so evident that my children receive so much love and attention from their teachers. I love seeing how genuinely the teachers enjoy what they do and how much they care about working with the kids. I also love the school’s activities and the fun, engaging ways they teach and help our children grow. Thank you for all that you do!

I love the daily walks if the weather is good for the newborns. As a new parent, I'm able to relax while I'm working and not worry about the care of my child and that I see familiar faces a month in with not the craziest turnover I've heard or witnessed in child care

The Communication is amazing. The teachers are very in-tune with the children's needs, and ensure that the care they provide is maintained by proactively coordinating with parents. Our child is thrilled to see them each day!

Every teacher or employee I have run into when we walk in knows my daughters name which is incredible considering how many kids are there. My daughter lights up when she sees her teachers and is always in a good mood when I pick her up. Teachers are very willing to adjust daily routine based on what is working for her at home. I really don't have any major complaints!

Friendly staff
The teachers are all very nice & seem observant to all the children and give special attention when one of the kids needs it. The facility is also very nice and the meal program is excellent.
