Friendly, professional staff. We asked to have our cleaning appointment extended to a double visit since it had been about 5 weeks since our last cleaning. I called about 4 days before our scheduled appointment and spoke to co-owner Tim and he did not hesitate to grant my request. Very reasonable people to deal with.
As advertised, they cleaned in areas I did not know existed. This is my third time with Molly Maids, no disappointments !

Our ladies, Bettie and Lu Anne are awesome. Very professional and take pride in their work.. they truly care amount doing their best. I feel safe with them being here when I cannot be home. More important to me is having ladies that I feel comfortable with in my house. I do think it is very important for the Molly Maids office to let me and all their clients know if they are sending another group or a substitute lady. I was not comfortable when I found out that the office had sent a substitute. It is awkward if I do not feel comfortable with one of the ladies assigned to my house.
I do love to come home after Bettie and Lu Anne have been here!!
House always looks sparkling. The ladies are pleasant, consistent, and willing to adjust according to our needs. Our home has a wonderful fragrance by the time they leave.
