I liked the personal fitting. The clothes were not cheap. I did get a rash, but that’s not your fault. Dry cleaning fluid and I do not agree. It might be too much to ask to have special skin, sensitive clothing, cleaning methods for people like me.
I give this location 10/10 stars! We were greeting with smiling faces as soon as we entered the facility. Waited maybe 30 minutes because it was very busy (its prom season) BUT we were lucky enough to have an awesome associate named David to help us out. David treated my son like family and gave him different fit options and suggested on what he thought would look best. David was very patient and we not once felt rushed which was awesome because other places just want you in and out quick. I want to say thank you David for being a part of making my sons Senior prom memorable! If I ever need tux rental again this is the place I will return to :)

Fit calculator was helpful, ended up not needing adjustments with the recommended adjustments to measurements.
Pants/shirt have clever adjustment/stretch bands.
I really enjoyed the simplicity of the process getting fitted, selecting options and the delivery/returning of items. It took a lot of the stress out of an occasion I just wanted to focus on enjoying.
Everything was so much simpler and more efficient than i expected everything and everyone was great!

The ease of speaking with someone to get the correct size and color as well as how quick and easy it was to receive the suit. The shoes weren’t to my liking but it was an afterthought and overall happy about the product

Service was great. Very professional and helped change my order after order to a different tux to match my son’s dates dress. It was wonderful.
Ruby was really helpful during my tux fitting. I received many compliments on how my tux looked during a wedding I attended. Elizabeth deserves kudos also. I had a last minute ask for a couple bow ties and she was quick to assist!

The customer service was great. The fitting went well. I actually went to Men’s Wearhouse first, but experienced terrible customer service and was basically ignored when trying to get help and ended up at Friar Tux instead because you guys were across the street. My experience at your establishment was night and day compared to the nonsense. I dealt with at the other store. Thanks again for making it a painless process.

The whole process of renting suits for the groom and groomsmen for my daughter's wedding was amazing! I was skeptical at first because it was mostly by mail since the wedding was in Fort Worth, TX. But they were professional, responsive and the suits were amazing! Thank you so much!
I was so impressed with the amazing service provided. Even though it was busy for prom season, Tyrone gave his full focus, positive and professional effort to make sure I found the perfect tuxedo for my wedding reception. Everything fit perfectly and looked so classy. Returning the items could not have been easier. I am so glad I came here instead of opting to buy a cheaply made tux at nearby stores. Thank you!
