The service was exceptional! From the staff to the rental process. I went in a few weeks before my final fitting to get remeasured. They were awesome and updated my order. I picked up my rental, it was flawless and the return process was simple! The whole experience was just great, convenient, and inexpensive. I definitely will be renting again!

I can't thank Katherine Hong enough for her help. My mom passe away recently nd the day before the funeral I went to try on my suits and they were no longer in my closet!!!
I called the Orange, CA store and thankfully Kathering answered the phone. The shop was only open for like another hour and a half when I called but she said to come on down and she would see what she could do.
Seeing as it was last minute I wasn't very hopeful. When I got to the store that feeling of hopelessness grew as the store manager and another employee didn't even want to ty to help me (which I also think is importnt to note). Despite the store manager being completely unprofessional, Katherine and I went through what they had in store and she was able to put together a very nice outfit for me to rent out for my mom's funeral. She even lowered the hem on the pants for me!!
Katherine, I can't thank you enough for helping me during an already stressful time. I appreciate your kindness and your excelent customer service.
If anyone actually pays attention to the feedback you get, I would elevate Katherine to either a store manager or a regional manager so she can teach all your employees how to treat customers with dignity and respect.
