I loved the entire marketing concept of the "guy sports" theme. Very clever. Also, the MVP upgrade was amazing. In particular, I liked the hair wash, scalp massage, hot towel, massager on neck, and massaging chair. I felt the pricing was very fair. It was nice to have the promo of purchasing a hair product at 50% off as a first time client. The staff was excellent....especially Steph. All 4 of our family members have visited the store for a haircut in the last 2 weeks. We are recommending it to all our friends. The location is great. Very handy for people living in south Guelph. Parking was handy. My only complaint was both the waiting room and hairwash area were cool. Could turn the thermostat up a bit!
Atmosphere is fun for kids and not intimidating. I will say though that both times we have gone we have waited an hour and a half each time. Not sure if this was just because it was new or if it will get busier as word gets out about it.

The entire experience, atmosphere and VIP service was great. The scalp massage and shoulder massage could be a bit longer, but it was great nonetheless. Offering a manicure service, which I know would involve additional cost and health/hygiene issues, would be great too actually.
