I love the entire "sports" theme decorating including the black lockers, big screen TVs, stadium lights, etc. In particular, I always feel spoiled with the MVP upgrade...awesome! It's a treat to get the massage chair, hair massage, hot towel and neck massager!!

The tv's are a nice touch. The stuff was nice and seemed to know what they were doing, and the prices were fair.

The main reason I have returned to Sportclips has been the service, particularly Steph. She is extremely knowledgeable about all of the products, especially the Mitch line. I purchased wax and shampoo from her after our second session and have been really impressed with both.

This is by far the best experience I've ever had in my life and I will be a loyal, longtime customer. 10/10 in all regards, simply superb and the services offered fill a void that has long been ignored by the competition. All of the staff are outgoing, friendly and it's all obviously genuine which is a sign that they truly love their career and the benefits of such loyal staff are the key to establishing a client base of repeat customers, such as myself after the exceptional service experience I had this afternoon. Despite my using a coupon for a free haircut, I was upgraded to the MVP package at no extra cost, that to me is going above and beyond and shows that the staff are happy to provide a new customer with the full experience so they return as regular paying customers. It's a generous donation of time and effort to both please the customer and ensure they experience all the company has to offer, but it will be the number one factor in the repeat business, and I believe that every man who experienced the service I was treated to today will become loyal, longterm and repeat customers.
