The staff are super nice and it's just a great experience. So, first they cut your hair, then they wash your hair and give you a massage and then you get a shoulder and neck massage and overall, I thought it was a great experience.

Service is great, not too long wait times. I only let the managers cut my hair and they really do a great job. I'm very particular so that's important to me.

Got a great haircut and nice experience. Haircut quality is top concern, I stopped using SportClips and went somewhere else for a while after a poor haircut with stylist that seemed very unsure of what to do and seemed incredibly unskilled. Cut was awful. Now I'm back to SportClips, Liz did a really wonderful job, will go see her regularly.
Provide more than you would expect for a men's haircut. It was a sports fan's dream setup, and the perks included definitely make it an enjoyable experience rather than a chore.
