I love that the staff is so friendly and ready to help but doesn't hover while you are trying to work out. I love the amenities and the variety of activities offered as well. There are so many classes to fit whatever mood I may be in as well as all the machines and weights I could need. And I love that after a hard workout I can cool down in the pool!
