Servicemaster provide an excellent service and have done for many years now. The standard of cleaning is high and the cleaning team is always reliable and punctual. No ad hoc requests are too much trouble and I can always speak/communicate with our Contracts Manager and receive a speedy response.

You follow our instructions for what needs to be cleaned, and if we need any adhoc services you are more than happy to assist with the request. Sometimes things get missed, but once these errors have been reported they are rectified as soon as possible.
