Very pleased with the service provided. Cleaning staff are efficient and friendly. Clare Whittaker (Area Manager) is quick to respond to any query and is in regular contact with us as a customer to ensure we are happy with the service and resolves any issues raised.

What do you like about our services?

Cleaning Team are helpful and attentive - they do a good job, cleaning in the school is much improved since Servicemaster took over the contract.

Clare (Area Manager) is very supportive, undertakes audits and is proactive dealing with any issues that arise.

What do you like about our services?

Our cleaner Jill is very thought full as to how she cleans our two buildings .
She sticks to her rota but if something extra needs doing she will do that as well
