Great customer service.

Nothing is too much for the staff and employees at ServiceMaster. Very friendly and caring about their work. This is a rare thing nowadays in the commercial world.

Each team member is committed to their area and great at letting us know areas of shortage in supplies or faults found.

The owners are good at keeping track of coms and check ups on staff.

To be fair we are blessed with our cleaner. The residents like her and she is friendly. She does a wonderful job. Her name is Harriet.

Service Master always have a personal touch to their clients are friendly and approachable. Nothing is too much for them. Management and staff are very responsive to assisting with any issues that occur and understanding to your needs.

The cleaners that come are organised and methodical and effective in their cleaning routines.
I would recommend them to any other business or charity without hesitation.

Generally excellent service though some of the sub contracted works e.g. Window cleaning communication when arriving was not so good.

The cleaner is very friendly, helpful and does a good job.

We have been using ServiceMaster to clean our office for years and are very happy with the relationship we've built with their staff and their attitude towards service. They respond promptly and are excellent at addressing customer needs. We hope they continue this high level of service—especially Michael and Fernando, who are superstars.
