Staff is good, they give you respect .

I gave 10 because I really enjoyed the workplace environment. The most important thing is I liked the staff .

So far its good, but i haven’t gotten any shifts so i don’t have much to say. But some home care services give longer shifts like 12 hours, would be nice to have that.

I've worked in quite a few care homes and for other agencies in the past 20 years and by far nurse next door is my all-time favorite I like the way that they show their concern and their commitment for the client but not only that I like the way that they show concern for their workers I also like how they express the positives in their workers and if there's areas that need to be worked on they're very kind and how they present it I can remember working other jobs where I was so afraid to answer the phone when I would get a call from the office and I don't feel that at all with this company so thank you and I feel honored to be able to work for nurse next door thank you Carol's team
