Good communication

The staff are super friendly and helpful, make me feel welcomed and important, schedulers are very understanding and accommodating, clients are wonderful. The only thing I would change is for there to be more availability and some overnight shifts.

Variety of shifts to take

I work for nurse next door in Calgary and they always go out of there way to not only make caregivers happy but the clients and their families happy. They work really hard to make sure all the clients has the best caregiver that suits them and their needs.

I am happy working at NND people at the office are very friendly and efficient. The only reason I give a nine and not at 10 is because when we drive clients to their appointments or to run errands we just get paid 50 cents by each kilometer I think we should get paid more for that work.
